We support our customers right from the planning phase. This means you can profit from our years of expertise in development and manufacturing. In close cooperation with our clients, we will create 3D designs using Creo Parametrics.
Our specialised staff are able to handle all common data formats. We use the data in specific programming tools to create 2.5D and 3D programs. We are able to exchange data via all popular interfaces (STEP, IGES, DXF, STL, VRML, AutoCAD DWG, DXF etc.), as well as in native formats (CATIA®, Siemens® NX™, SolidWorks®, Autodesk® und SolidEdge®, Medusa etc.).
Our up-to-date workshop with machines from renowned manufacturers forms the foundation for our top quality products.
Highly-trained and experienced staff ensure that the technical capabilities of all the machines are exploited fully and all products completely fulfil your individual requirements.
Building complex assemblies – sometimes with more than 500 individual components – requires the highest degree of expertise and accuracy. Thanks to our many years of experience and our exceptionally well-trained staff, we are also able to offer our customers "Made by Knauer & Rösch” quality here too.
In particular, with our “white workshop” and a further climate-controlled assembly room for medical products, we are able to fulfil the requirements of our customers from the nuclear and medical engineering sectors.

Our customers in the nondestructive testing sector value our expertise in the erosive application of fine reflectors. This process enables cracks with individual geometries to be simulated. We ensure quality products by using a special impression method with subsequent optical measurement and protocol generation.
